It starts with a question from our 100-question framework, listens to your story, and asks natural follow-ups to draw out the detail and the lesson. What happens after the 30-day free trial?
You’ll get a friendly heads-up a few days before it ends. Keep using Premium by picking a plan, or drop to Free forever — either way every story you’ve recorded stays with you.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from the Settings page. Your recordings, transcripts, and narrations all stay in your account. Download them anytime.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The 30-day trial requires no card. We’ll ask for payment only when you choose to continue on Premium.
What if I’m outside the US or Canada?
Same pricing. Waterfall works worldwide and supports 10 languages. Local consent laws are applied per country.
Do facilities really get printable senior login codes?
Yes. Each senior gets a 6-digit code + QR print-out so they can sign in on a shared tablet with no password and no email address.
Can my family help without their own account?
Yes — they can record together with you and help you navigate. A family account is free if they want their own login later.
Is this HIPAA compliant?
We run HIPAA-grade controls on every plan. A Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is available on the Enterprise tier for facilities that need it.
